Press Release for Changes and Improvements on the Yunicorn World Discord Server

Historical Background

The Yunicorn World Discord server has been first launched in 2019, August. The reason it was made is because Yujin Shin, the founder, wanted to create a safe place for people to enjoy playing games with each other. Although the server's history is not old, it was successful in that aspect. The people who were included in the server were all satisfied with the way it was run by Yujin Shin (AKA Yunicorn).

Innovative Approach

The Yunicorn World server previously was a more game-only centered server, meaning there were no personal interactions between the gamers. The need for more connection for the people to feel included rose as members began to grow. Therefore, music bots will be added to the server so that members will be able to listen to music and chat together between games instead of waiting in awkward silence. In addition, the server will have monthly meetups that include fun activities such as VR gaming, real life room escape, and visiting indoor shooting ranges.

Target Market

With the addition of these attributes, it is safe to say that more gamers who are looking for a gaming haven will join the server. It is open to people who do not want to deal with toxic behavior among teammates and people who do not display any of the sort of behavior.
